Spring

Spring is the season of hope and renewal. It brings newness, discovery and growth.  It comes with increased daylight hours which means blooming flowers and the awakening of nature. In many spiritual traditions, spring represents a time of planting seeds—both literally in gardens and metaphorically in our lives.

Summer

Summer is a time of growth and success but also a break from the chaos…which allows us to center on passion and abundance. The warmth of the sun symbolizes illumination, and we often feel full of clarity and revelation. Many people find that their intuition is heightened during summer, making it an ideal time for self-discovery.

Fall

Fall is the season of gratitude and harvest. When you see the fruits of your Spring and Summer labor come to life and play out. The vibrant colors of fall foliage signal a shift in energy as nature prepares for rest. This transitional period teaches us about impermanence—the beauty that comes from change. Fall starts a season of reflection and letting go, but also completion and transition - it asks if the work we’re doing from Spring is still productive.

Winter

Our main goal for winter?  Pruning.  Not everything needs to be carried into this next year, or season, with you.  Winter is a time of endings, rest and contemplation.  Winter arrives after the vibrancy of fall and is a time when nature retreats into stillness. This period is crucial for personal growth and when we can reassess our paths without distractions.
